Evolve Online Learning was founded by Martin Crump during the first lockdown in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Martin is MD of Evolution Personal & Corporate Development and has worked as a professional business coach and trainer for over 25 years, delivering training to the NHS, BAE Systems, B&Q, Co-Op, Babcock Marine and Rodda’s – as well as hundreds of businesses and individuals including an MP and a prospective Parliamentary candidate, an Executive Director of a University, a Special Constable, members of the Fire Service, doctors, dentists and nurses, lots of coaches and trainers, salespeople, charity workers, B&B owners and Martin’s absolute favourite job title: Head of Supply Chain (Submarines).

Unable to deliver training in person but hearing feedback from clients that they needed support and training during a difficult time of transition, Martin moved his coaching and training business online. Evolution now offers business and personal coaching and training online and in-person.

Over the course of 2020, Martin began to build an online academy, offering practical, results-focused courses on topics like time management, managing stress, goal-setting and managing teams. The new Evolve Online Learning platform launched in March 2022 as a membership service; although all of the courses in the Evolve Online Learning academy are available to purchase separately, the most cost-effective way to access the courses is to sign up for a membership, starting from £10/month. There is also a free membership option, giving you access to short introductory videos and a monthly goal check-in email.
